Session 7 - Making connections with loved ones in Spirit. 

In this session we will discover how each person connects to spirit, as there are so many ways. Creating a conscious connection requires a clear intention, and with a calm mind you may enter the Alpha brain state. Maintaining a soft focus and gentle presence you may observe how to share the evidence that may be present.

For this live session we invite you to share a photograph of a loved one in Spirit with Cathy via email (azro@madriver.com). Supply by email in advance of the live session a photograph and their name only, without details or your relationship with them. Notice who shows up and how you feel as you select them. As a group we will connect both psychically and also  by using evidential mediumship with them. As we practice together you get to use this profound opportunity to refine your abilities and grow as part of the Spirit Cafe Medium Mystics Collective.
